The e-commerce workshop was facilitated by Pat Gibson of Athenaeum International (www.aiboulder.com). Ms. Gibson is a facilitator for MG Taylor (www.mgtaylor.com) which provides consulting services to communities and businesses. At the ITC meeting which preceded this workshop, Ms. Gibson presented an overview of the MG Taylor services.
The purpose of the actual workshop was to develop an e-commerce "vision statement" for the community. The workshop participants included business managers, educators, people in economic development, marketing, investors evaluating technology companies, students, and others.
This workshop was made possible by the generous assistance of NBDC Technology Training, a department of the Nebraska Business Development Center.
