The guest speaker for this meeting was Narender Singh Rajaputhra, President of E*Pro Technologies, a division of E*Pro Inc., which provides technology consulting services. Mr. Rajaputhra discussed Business Process Management - the paradigm of process management for enterprise systems. Business Process Management has been defined as the need to reduce operating costs, reduce inefficiencies and leverage human and physical capital investments, improve the quality of my corporate products, services, and information.

Prior to E*Pro Inc Mr. Rajaputhra has worked as Director of Technology and Chief Architect positions for the product development companies and is currently leading globally distributed teams. He has implemented various enterprise level solutions, such as Planet Interact and eSolv and has developed HRM and eLearning on enterprise collaboration platforms.
