The guest speaker for this meeting was Vance Skidmore, COO of Knowledge Resource Group - www.krg-co.com. Mr. Skidmore is one of the founders of KRG in Freehold, NJ. He visited Omaha to meet with representatives from local companies interested in knowledge management applications. KRG is a knowledge management consultancy focusing on business processes.

KRG provides best practices to: maximize utility of technology in learning; leverage information representation and interface design to support construction of meaning; solve complex information spaces and problem solving at all levels through the use of cognitive and metacognitive tools; provide fresh insight to both individual and organizational change and productivity through the introduction of learning community interactions, internal marketing tools and specific learning environments; and KRG employs a cumulative and comprehensive approach to increase the cost-effectiveness of research and education.
