The first guest speaker for this meeting was "J. Bob" Jones from the Omaha office of Booz Allen and Hamilton. Mr. Jones is an Associate with the firm and the lead consultant on commercial and federal IT projects for Omaha. Previously, Mr. Jones has experience with three major telcos, a power company - that was working on delivering broadband over power lines - and 12 years in the Army - he still gets up at 5.

One of the most important issues in consulting is interpersonal communications. Mr. Jones discussed "Communications with Developers" as a topic for the meeting. The generational gap between senior management and the programmers / developers is affecting communications between these two groups of people and their collaboration. He shared his observations and discuss ongoing research on the topic.

The second guest speaker for this meeting was Dave Ryan of ESPN. Mr. Ryan addressed the ITC two years ago and was in Omaha covering the College World Series.
