Topic: Update on Omaha's River front Development

Guest speaker Philip Phillips from the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce updated the ITC on Omaha's River front Development. The largest redevelopment in Omaha's history has been occurring along the Mighty Mo for the past several years. This construction has ignited secondary development near Creighton University and all along the riverfront from downtown to the airport. The entire downtown area will be affected with Omaha's new airport corridor becoming a first class marquee for the metro.

Follow up meetings will focus on some of the businesses and the impact of technology on construction of these facilities.
