The guest speaker for this meeting was Dr. Blaine Burnham, Director of the Nebraska University Consortium for Information Assurance (NUCIA), who spoke on the topic of "Privacy and Identity". This breakfast meeting kicked off the 3rd ISAW Security and Privacy WG Meeting, which focused on the technology issues and effects on privacy surrounding identity technologies and National Identification Cards.
