The guest speaker for this meeting was Michael Delich, President of Waitt Media. Waitt Media is a privately held management and holding company for the various media divisions including Waitt Radio, Waitt Broadcasting and Waitt Outdoor. Waitt Media's home office in Omaha, Nebraska employs nearly 50 individuals dedicated to supporting the operating companies in the areas of management, finance and accounting, human resources, technical services, engineering, creative design, web services and government relations. Mr. Delich, together with Norm Waitt, started Waitt Media in 1998. The company started as a record label (Gold Circle.com) and rapidly grew to include the radio (9th largest operator in US), television and billboard businesses. Mr. Delich came from American Gramaphone (record label for Mannheim Steamroller)and is an avid supporter of the music industry.
