On November 1, the ITC hosted Gene Hinkle, manager, Corporate PR and Publications, for ACI Worldwide. Gene has managed worldwide PR for ACI for the past five years. In addition, for the past two years he has edited ACI's two quarterly customer publications. Before joining ACI, Gene coordinated PR for the Alegent Health system, and worked as a copywriter at Mutual of Omaha. Previous to that experience, Gene worked 14 years in a number of positions at KETV, including producer of Newswatch 7 at 10, and videographer.
